To bring our cold, blustery day to a proper end Nick made a fire in the backyard. A wonderful fire to warm our bodies, hearts and mallows. It was a nice way to end a long, less than perfect day. Not all days are perfect you know. You win some...you lose some. It's how you come out of it and what you take with you for the next go around that matters. We wrapped up our day everyone together, laughing, telling what we are thankful for and roasting wieners and smores.

Great idea ... I'm sure by evening you needed a fire to thaw out. We can't always win, but, we're truly WINNERS when we have Jesus and Family. I'm so proud of you and Chris for instilling this in my grandkids.
